• Artwork Basics

If you have chosen a set sized product, please download the template for your chosen product and use that to ensure your artwork is in the correct format, sized correctly and all text and essential graphics are within 'safe areas'. If you have chosen a product sized to your own specific size, please set your document to half size @ 300dpi in CMYK and remember to keep all text and essential graphics in an appropriate measurement from edges (50mm from all edges on PVC Banners to allow for eyelets etc..) It is your responsibility to ensure that any images included are high resolution (tip: zoom in on your screen so that the design is around the size it would be printed, if its looks badly pixelated, that's how it will print = replace with a higher resolution image if available)

 

• Uploading Artwork

Once you have completed your order, please upload artwork using our artwork uploader with your order number as a reference.

 

• Acceptable Formats

Our preferable formats are TIFF, JPEG or PDF. If sending a PDF please convert all text to outlines. Please design in CMYK

 

Design Service

If you do not have or are unable to create your own artwork and would like our design service please get in touch and we can advise on the level of design service required.

Basic Service: We will require you to email us specific images in high resolution that you would like included and all text with colour choices etc. with a description of the basic layout. This service does not include editing images or re-creating logos etc. We can use the fonts on our system and also generic stock images we have access to. If you have questions about this service, please get in touch. We will email a proof before production. Our Basic service is charged at £20 per design. One free alteration is included after that further alterations are subject to our standard minimum artwork design charge of £40 per hour.

Standard Design Service: This service includes the sourcing and editing of images (charged as extra if not stock images), use of non-system fonts (charged extra if not supplied or free fonts), creation of original design/logos etc... Minimum charge of £40 applies, charged at £40 per hour thereafter. An estimate will be given at the time of ordering.

Payment: PLEASE NOTE: Orders requiring artwork must paid for before any designing will commence, please get in touch for details.

Timescales: Please allow 2 working days for your first proof to be sent via email and up to 1 working day per revision request
