Delivery
• Production time
When you add a product to your basket, if the product is available for same or next day production you will be able to choose your preferred option.
• Standard [2 Day Production] This is the standard production option and means that your order will be ready to ship or collect 2 working days after you place the order.
• Express [Next Day Production] (order with artwork before 5PM GMT) Your order will be ready to ship or collect the next working day.
• Express Plus [Same Day Production] (order with artwork before 10AM GMT) Your order will be ready to ship or collect the same day.
Please note: Your order will be shipped when all items have been produced. If you order a mix of express and standard production products, but you wish to have the express items delivered sooner, they must be ordered in a seperate order. If you are collecting, you can collect each item as it is produced.
• Next Day Delivery
Once your order has been produced, and you have chosen to have your order delivered - your order will be sent on a next working day service. The standard time for delivery is 9-5, however most customers in mainland UK can choose to upgrade to a pre-12 delivery at the checkout, should this be required. Your order will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is available to accept the order on the delivery date. If no-one is available, the order will be returned to the courier depot and a card with the couriers details will be left. You can then choose to arrange a re-delivery or collect from the depot.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
Most European orders are sent on a 2-3 day service - you will be advised of delivery time at the checkout.
• Collection From Store
If you have chosen to collect your order from store, you will be contacted once your order is ready. Orders can be collected at 5PM on the day of production or any time after. Our store hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
• Urgent / Same Day Deliveries
If you have an urgent need for our products, we can arrange to have orders sent by same day courier or delivered in our van. The cost for this type of service is obviously more than our standard prices, so if you have a last minute job, please get in touch and discuss your requirements with us. We can produce overnight and at weekends if required to fulfil urgent orders. If it's humanly possible, we won't let you down.
• Scottish postcodes regarded as 'Highlands', Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland
Our UK courier, DPD, regards remote Scottish postcodes, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland as a premium service. As such, the cost of these are more than the standard shipping, We are still proud to offer flat rate shipping to these areas, the cost will be displayed when you enter your postcode at checkout. These areas are all intended to be a next day service, but can be a 2 day service if the destination dictates this method.
